“Iowa has lost its way. It has lost touch with its working families. It has turned its back on our public schools. It has become unwelcoming, and too extreme. I want to be an advocate for real Iowa values. I will fight for affordability and the right for families to receive the health care they need. I will zealously guard their civil liberties. I will be a strong advocate for our public schools, and adequate funding for essential services. Burlington deserves a representative, who will not be just another rubber stamp in Des Moines. I will stick up for this community, and stand up to special interests that are against working people. I will put my whole heart into getting positive things done, if sent to the Statehouse in 2026.”
Jim Brings a wealth of experience and strong dedication to public service to this
campaign. Jim is committed to the work it will take for Iowa to be a better and more inclusive place. Jim looks forward to engaging with this community, listening to its concerns, and working together to shape a brighter future for Burlington.
